The layout is an L-shaped where the rooms are distributed on both ends. Looking the the floor plan, bedroom 1 is at the bottom near the wide patio or deck. On the right side of the plan is the other bedroom. Stair access to reach the main floor is presented in two options with wide or full 2-side steps and the other option is a standard stair.
