The lay-out is U-shape wherein the swimming pool is conveniently located at the middle. When privacy is you concern, this house design makes sure that you privacy is not compromise.

The front area is where the huge garage is located and designed to accommodate 3 cars. You can easily access two area of the house while in the garage, which mainly are the living room and the swimming pool outside.

 

Ground Floor Plan – mainly consists of the 3-car garage, living room, common toilet and bath, dining area and the kitchen at the left side. Kitchen is also isolated or confined to avoid fumes or odor from spreading to the different parts of the house while cooking.
