An Affordable and Compact Three-bedroom Bungalow on a Low Cost

Hello, guys! In this post, I would like to address some of the comments of readers and viewers that we see not only on our websites but also on other sites.  This has something to do with modern house designs.  Some people who are not enthusiasts of modern architecture often say that this design is kind of boring, artless, and plain.

Along with this article is a modern bungalow that we are featuring today, which really look plain and, well, like they say, “artless”.  Well, I do think that one’s opinion of a house is greatly influenced by his or her preference of what a house should be.  If you are not a fan of modern architecture, then you would not really find it appealing to you.  But for those who love it, every single design is unique and awesome to their eyes!

This modern bungalow exudes simplicity.  It is plain with no lavish and intricate designs – what modern architecture really should be.  They say it looks boring because it only employs straight lines and geometric shapes as its style.  But this is to save cost as the major purpose is for it to be accomplished sooner than expected because it is easy to construct and make it livable in a short period of time.

But the appealing part here is the use of glass doors, glass windows, and even glass walls. They make the interior look bright, cool, and relaxing.

Most houses now have their carport built in with the house like this one.  You can see it right in front your house or on your veranda.  Though they say that it may block the facade of the house, it is still preferred especially for small lots.

It has three bedrooms that are located strategically against each other. It has spacious living and dining rooms sharing an open floor and two toilets and baths.

As you can see, there is no kitchen inside the house.  This is because the owner preferred to have the third bedroom built instead of the kitchen.  For designs like this, the kitchen is expected to be built detached from the house like a dirty kitchen.  You can always remodel it if you wish though.
