Today’s featured house is a beautifully designed bungalow with three bedrooms. It looks compact inside but neatly arranged. It does not have a big floor area that’s why but the trick here is neat arrangement of rooms and things.
The facade is awesome. It has a roofed garage, a small porch before the main entry. The glass door with floor to ceiling glass looks elegant. It matches the glass windows on both sides of the house.
The back windows are small compared to other windows of other houses. If your windows are smaller you can save because installing glass windows is expensive. So, how much do you think building this three-bedroom bungalow would cost? You know what? The total cost actually depends on your area. This is largely dependent on the price of materials, labor cost,the kind of finishing you want, and other factors. To save, perhaps you buy your own materials and hire carpenters to do the job. Some contractors would charge much higher than the expected cost. This is just an opinion though. It is all up to you how you would want to build your house.

The arrangement of the rooms is pretty neat. They are all strategically located unlike in other floor plans where the kitchen is placed in between bedrooms or it is placed in the middle of the house and the first place to see upon entry.
