This duplex house can conveniently erected in a 6 meters by 25 meters lot considering 2 car garage an a swimming pool at the back.
Ground floor plan consists of the 2-car garage at the front which is semi-covered. The open ended living room and dining area combined. Kitchen is more or less 2.7 meters by 3 meters with small bar counter that can occupy 3 chairs. Stairs is also designed to have a small indoor garden beneath. other rooms included in the ground floor are the common bathroom, small storage closet, laundry area and dirty kitchen. The 9 meters of the lot is dedicated for the Swimming pool with wooden deck.
Upper floor of this duplex house plan includes the 3 bedrooms. bedroom 1 & 2 is located at the rear side of the house with sliding doors opening to the terrace overlooking at the swimming pool below. The front part is the master’s bedroom with en-suite toilet and bath including built-in cabinet. Sliding window is also provided the the master’s bedroom opening to the terrace at the front.
