Elevated four-bedroom house design

If you are living in the Philippines or other countries that are naturally designed to be in the typhoon zone, it is advisable that you build your house raised few steps or even a meter above the ground. Many towns and cities in the Philippines are affected by such catastrophe, so, raising heir houses wold be very beneficial to them.

We have posted a lot of elevated houses in this website and in our other websites but here is another elevated house design that you might find interesting.

This house uses thick cemented steel (they look like the house’s pillars) stilts as the house base that elevated it 6 steps almost half  a meter from the ground (if one step is 20 centimeters.)  It looks very charming because it has a spacious balcony which you can also use as a dining area,

There is also a small pool which you can transform into a jacuzzi or just make it a fountain for an added attraction to the facade of your house.

To build this house, you will need a budget of USD 60,00-80,000.  This amount will make you a functional and livable house already. If you wish to bring it to a 100% completion, an additional USD 20,000 will do that for you.
