Elevated three-bedroom bungalow

There are different factors that influence our perception whether a house looks attractive or classy or not at all.  Some of these factors are the style, design, decorations, lay-out, orientation, size or shape, and many more.  If you would like to consider paint color, as well, the color used to paint the exterior has also a big impact on our judgment.

In this house, orange here was used to highlight the architectural features of the house.  Therefore, orange here was used artistically and it has indeed enhanced the facade.  Imagine if it were used to paint the entire bulk of the house, that would  make it look loud and disturbing rather than pleasing.

Its elevation make it flood-proof and its gives the porch an added appeal.  It looks like a raise veranda.  The carport is wide enough to accommodate two cars.

To build this house, you will need a budget of 2.5-3M pesos.  This price may be reduced or even increased depending on the finishing that you want for your house.  If you will use simple materials, the price will be even much cheaper.
