Five-bedroom house with spacious balcony

The house that we are featuring today has a hollow ground floor.  It means that it is not totally enclosed. There is only one fourth portion of the house that was enclosed with walls to make two bedrooms and two bathroom/toilets.

If the house is open like that it means that you can actually redesign it and make your own adjustments, which rooms would you like to add.

It looks bare but you can use the available space for business. If you are in the business center or near it, you can transform the ground floor of your house into a business space or office for rent.  You can also make your own store if you wish.  Well, these are just possibilities. If you want to keep it this way or you have other plans, then so be it.

The staircase is an attraction  to this house.  It does not have a roof though. It is better to have it roofed to protect you from the heat or storm when you go upstairs to your room.  It would be messy when you get wet from the rain and you enter your room wet, yeah? So, this should be noted and be fixed when you want to build this house.

This estimate that you find below varies.  It all depends on the price of the materials, the cost of labor and the kind of finishing, furniture, and fixtures that you want. So, please note that.
