Every now and then, we post various house designs that may look similar to you but are actually unique in some ways.  You may not see the difference from their exterior for some may have similar exterior designs but when you step inside their interior, you may find out that they have different floor plans.

This house that we are featuring today is Thai-inspired house.  Its simplicity is seen from its overall structure that you can see from its exterior. It does not have intricate details.  It looks plain and simple but its simplicity is one thing that attracts buyers who prefer simple designs.

The frontage was designed with spacious porch that can house a carport and a veranda.

* Budget: 2 million Philippine pesos or around US$40,000

It opens to the very spacious open floor which accommodates the living and the dining areas.  It has three bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with its own attached toilet and bath.  There is one common toilet and a spacious kitchen where the back door is located for exit.

This design is good for narrow and elongated lots.  If you have an extra space in your lot, you may also want to build a gazebo beside your house or yo may want to have a small garden or have your yards landscaped for a more beautiful view.
