There are many things we like in a house. Its design, style, size, paint, facade, and other things all contribute to its appeal. But above all these, what matters most of course is its main purpose and function – to give us protection and shelter. So, no matter what size or style your house is, be grateful that it gives you shelter.
Today’s featured house is another bungalow. Bungalows are always popular because they are much easier to build and maintain compared to a double-storey. Let’s take a look at this lovely bungalow that we have chosen to share with you today.
There are three main colors that were used to paint the exterior of this house, white, gray and brown. They were used equally, kind of mix and match magic that created a beautiful output! White dominates though but without the blending of the other two colors, it would not have produced an adorable appearance such this one in the photo.
You can also paint it this way if you want. This gray and white combination looks so subtle and creates a soothing effect to the eyes. This article wrote that from “color psychology perspective, gray is the color of compromise – being neither black nor white, it is the transition between two non-colors. The closer gray gets to black, the more dramatic and mysterious it becomes. The closer it gets to silver or white, the more illuminating and lively it becomes.” Gray creates a sense of calm and composure, a relief from chaotic world. It’s a nice color for an exterior, however, it may not be applicable to the interior because it will make it dark.
