Modern 3-Bedroom Duplex House

Our house plan for today features a simple yet modern-looking duplex house. It has three bedrooms, three toilet and baths, a spacious living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and a service area.

The exterior of this duplex house is made simple — yet, it features modern and minimalistic styles. It uses the combination of white paint and wooden accent walls.

This house is also slightly elevated from the ground. This allows the family, the furniture and appliance inside the home to be safe, especially during natural disasters like earthquake and flood. Before reaching the main door, there is also a sit out area that the family can use to relax.

From the main door, you will see the living room on the center and one room each on the right and on the left. The living room is spacious to accommodate a number of guests. The two bedrooms on the right have en-suite bathrooms, built-in cabinets, and provisions for entertainment walls.

A short hall will lead you to the combined open kitchen and dining room as well as the common toilet and bath. This duplex house also has an outdoor service area which can be used as a dirty kitchen or a laundry area.

This duplex house may be smaller than a two storey house but it is packed with all the features like a big and modern home.
