The roof has a combination of concrete slab and galvanized iron roofing. The combination of wood and concrete, as well as large picture size windows, gives more depth to this design. These windows also guarantee lighting and ventilation inside the house.
One of the key features of this one storey house is the veranda. The front part of the house has a full-length veranda as well as a pathway. The veranda is surrounded by metal grills painted in black.

The interior walls of this modern one storey house are painted in white, giving more light and helps keep the house to look dimensional. Since it has a wide interior space, the residents can decorate the house in various ways.
