This unique and modern one story house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a service area. The total floor area of this house is 100 square meters and features modern architecture.
The roof has a combination of concrete slab and galvanized iron roofing on the side of the house. The combination of wood and concrete, as well as large picture size windows, gives more depth to this design. These windows also guarantees lighting and ventilation inside the house.
One of the key features of this one storey house is the veranda. The front part of the house has a full-length veranda as well as a pathway. The veranda is surrounded by metal grills painted in black, with a roofing made with a combination of metal and clear tempered glass.
The sliding glass door will lead you to the combined living room and dining room area. The open concept kitchen is just a few steps away from the dining and living room areas. From the kitchen, you can see the common toilet and bath.
Since the kitchen is spacious, you can integrate an island in this area. This kitchen island can act as a secondary dining area and a preparation table. There’s a separate door that gives you access to the service area and the backyard, too.
All the bedrooms are separated from the living area. There are two equal-sized bedrooms with a partition for an entertainment wall, side tables, and built-in cabinets.
