This Two Storey House has a total floor area of 149 square meters on 150 sq.m. lot area. design to maximized the available lot area, the left wall beside the garage is fire-walled. Color scheme used in this house are yellow and blue as the dominant colors. Dark yellow for the lower walls and light the the upper floor walls. Downspouts and concealed and running down into the walls.
The ground floor consists of the one-car garage, porch, living area, dining, kitchen, dirty kitchen, maid’s room, common toilet and bath and lanai. The two storey house is also fenced with combination of concrete ans wrought iron bars, painted with same color scheme as the main house. Gate is made of steel plates and wrought iron grills painted with brown color.
The second floor consists of the Family Hall, Master’s Bedroom with Walk-In Closet and T&B, 2 additional bedrooms with common T&B and the Balcony. As you can see the windows are made of power-coated aluminum windows and 6mm bronze glass. Roof is made of long span galvanized iron roofing. it is also pre-painted with blue color which really go along with the color of the min house.
Interior walls are also painted finished with yellow latex paint. Curtains are installed to ensure privacy of the occupants. Ceiling is designed to be recessed with pin lights and chandelier at the center.
