One-storey Office Building Design with a Special Conference Room

Hello, guys! As you have noticed, most of the times we are showcasing house designs but today we are featuring an office building because some of our readers requested us to post some designs for their reference.

This design that we are showing you is a simple one, good for an office but with a special room dedicated for a conference, meeting, or lecture.

This may be built as a single-storey structure but this design can also be used to remodel an already existing office room or conference room.

If you are planning to make an office building that is a separate structure like this, you may follow the specifications of this design.  The building itself has 11 metes depth and 9 meters width.

This is how the floor plan looks like. It is designed with a spacious office with four toilets and two lecture rooms.  The lecture rooms have a division but actually this can also be converted as one room.  Just see to it that your division is movable so that you can just easily fuse the two together.

This is indeed a very spacious office measuring 5 meters by 8 meters.  If you want to modify the set-up, you can always make it because the floor plan is quite flexible.
